Re: alka retired?
okey dokeys, i'll tell. he approached me last night requesting to be retired. He's been at it a very long time now and don't say i didn't try to convince him otherwise, cause we spent at least half an hour discussing it. So because I respect him and believe that whatever decision he has made is best for him, i have retired him, though I am very saddened to have lost a valuable member of my staff. It seems to be a ime of changing as my senior staff are old and want to move on or at least be free of the burden.
Re: alka retired?
we didnt lose him did we? he just doesnt wanna be staff anymore. unless he gives some reason to leave... you arent holding anything back on us are you DW?

Re: alka retired?
a few thing yes, but he's not leaving, he might be a little less active, but from my understanding not too much
Re: alka retired?
yeah. im guessing the things you're holding back are things going on in his life. i completely understand why he would like to be retired, and removed of the burden like you said.

Re: alka retired?
just this, which means i guess that you can double post, just dont do it for the sake of increasing your post count(aka spam)Lastly, when a person posts messages solely for the purpose of increasing his or her ranking on the forum.

Re: alka retired?
not that it particularly matters for a user like me, who's post count doesn't really mean much as i already have a set rank.
