Orbiter
Ok, it isn’t actually flash and it isn’t exactly a video game either. Want to know where I’ve been for the past few weeks? I’ve been playing Orbiter. It’s a freeware program you can un-zip from a website. It’s about actually flying (realistically) the Space Shuttle and futuristic spaceships. You can also add on other ‘add-ons’ to launch the entire collection of Manned Spaceflights.
Here are the sites:
For the main base packages - http://orbit.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/
For sound - http://orbiter.dansteph.com/index.php?disp=d
And Add-ons – www.orbithangar.com
It’s really neat.
Don’t panic, I’m not switching from Flash Trek to Orbiter. In fact I haven’t even joined their forum. But if you wish, it’s really something to look into.

Ah, Orbiter... Yes, I had tried this several years ago, though my computer was old and slow back then. Guess now is as good a time as any to try it

Re: Orbiter
Yeah, my graphics arn't that good so. YOu should try it in window mode, it reduces the strain on the graphics.

Re: Orbiter
Heh, I play all my games on windowed mode. Not only reduces strain on graphics, but let's me use the volume control at the same time too, in case certain parts get loud... Like with Urban Terror.
I think Orbiter is one of the only non-violent games I actually liked to play XD

Re: Orbiter
What... the... h---. Me naam, tell me the evil Admiral Vorta virus hasn't reached you too. You're acting strange...
Anyways, stay on topic. I'm not going to lock this thread because you forced it off-topic... Though I will give you a warning right now. And I won't threaten to shoop you.

Re: Orbiter
It is, but it is hard when you first try it out, unlike BM.
