What do you need?

What do you need to create flash programs? Other than knowing how to code.

well, flash itself, and by programs, do you mean things like games and i don't know projects, not actually software right

I know you can’t make flash by using , I don’t know, paint. So what software do you need to actually create the game, project, ect.

well, flash for the coding and organization and base project. Graphics i tend to create with photoshop and export to png, flash likes that format. music anything really. i use music maker, but there are free programs out there for sound. sound has to be in wav or mp3 format though.

You can always download the trials. They usually last about a month.

But from what I heard, they only last a month. Then you can't redownload them.

look, start with mx, then go to flash 8, then to cs3, then to cs4, that's 4 months of time right there, and if you have a definitive project you're working on, then just stay in constant communication with me, and i can help you out. i can crash course you from beginner up to what you want to be able to do. i won't show you stuff you wouldn't use in your project though

Ok (bear with me), after that amount of time, will I be able to take the trials again?

no, uless they make cs5 in that amount of time

So once you download a trial, you can never download it again?

Also, do you guys just work with trials, if so how do you manage it?

I'll think that's what I'll do then. Who knows, I might even help out on a few projects going on around here when I figureout how to use the software.

EDIT - I'm going to get a new computer (hopefully) within the next year. I can just download it on that and I get 4 more months.
