i dunno, but it does kind of point out the stupidty of aliens in sci fi series.if its a huge arse ship it isnt going to be able to hide, and a crash would really make a mess.Plus imagine the crew requirements.

No... they saw the opportunity and take it! And the Calamari entry in the Rebel Alliance helped them a lot! After the Death of the Emperor, it would be only a matter of time until other planets to start rebelling...

I can see that happening, honestly. There would be a power struggle after Vader and the Emperor died, which would sorta be a mini civil war within the empire.
