I Need Your Help

If you are any good at all, with coming up, or writing paranormal/sci-fi short stories, please post your ideas, stories etc. I am trying ot write something and make it, but I'm not really any good at writing. So please, post your ideas, stories scripts etc. They can be about anything freaky/sci-fi. try to keep locations and people to a minimum, and try to keep it happening in modern day. Your help is greatly appreciated!

basically little bends of reality.

example of one I can remember is about a woman living in ealry america times. So living in a cabin... and she finds little robots in her house and starts to fight them and eventually finds their ship in her attic and destorys it. then you see a close up view of the ship and you see US AIRFORCE and the logo on the destoryed ship.

The Twilight Zone.

Each episode is kinda like a what if situation.

For example,

What would happen if the sun didn't rise?

What if my toaster talked to me?

Those kinds of things.

That's what the Twilight Zone is all about.

i have something but its pretty long. its a story i made for a sci-fi class a couple years ago. i don't see why it can't be made into a twilight zone. if i have time, and if i can find it, ill post it.
@DJ: not always. my story is more like what stewi said, but you would have to modify it around, as its basically from the point of view of aliens.

I'd rather say it's a show made up of what ifs.

DW, I have an idea...

A group of people living in the sewers of a big city start finding mutants.... But they aren't mutants, they are genetically engineered creatures (like the jem'hadar) made to take Earth over to an interstellar empire that needs Earth's resources...

OK, when I read this, I noticed there's a lot of similarities with an episode of Doctor Who, as well as there are with Star Trek... OK, don't use this...

i have an idea in the 2939 humanity is in a inter universal war! clones replicas of humans gain independance and wage war on the terran federation, the drones humans that genetically enhanced themselves with technolgy and now are mostly robots, now they malfuctioned and conquered many systems destroying half of humanity. the Tal Kalzanina star allegiancys an massive empire destroyed by disesase now finding out that the federation has a cure they now wage massive crusades on man. while insectoid likerace kal padones now bent on the ruleing of the universe! and the abandoned humans that when threw a portal going to the adromeda galaxy they lived there for 100years but the wormhole closed and caused a massive super nova destroying everything now they return angered and mutated and now are infecting humanity with these harmful rays! the war has begun who will win who will die who will live? its up to you!

please read the first post, modern day, and noe more then 5-10 people involved. and yes, bends of reality, that's what i'm looking for. paranormal creepy stuffs. 2 page short stories, you know, that idea. not a bunch of alien stories, but they could be involved, i don't know, just take the what if scenarios and come up with creepy stuff. i have an interesting application for them, that might just make it's way to the net...

not bad. i've also had an idea about a keyboard that allows you to delete people with deadly consequences, about a car ride where the driver and passenger are really aliens, and i remembered the short story what if by isaac asimov

I just had an idea!inspred by Half life 2, but hey its good.

there is a game place like an arcade or something, with only 1 game.In the game people control things like, i dunno, turrets, robots, cars etc, and kill people, except the people playing dont know that they are actually killing live people on the streets.you could work that in somewhere.

Sorry, my mind isn't so good at making up stories that are that eccentric, but I'll try:

A man decides to start drawing cartoons as a hobby. After a few aborted attempts, he comes up with the idea to draw himself in an ideal world... fast cars, money, anything he wants because he feels so bored in his own life.

That night, he has a bad dream. He imagines the paper looming up over him and swallowing him whole.
He wakes up with a scream.

It takes him a few minutes to realise that everything is black and white.

He's in the cartoon.

Worst of all, it all starts to go wrong...

lol.i could try and...wait, i can make a key bomb!pretty simple, just get a C-4 detonator and shape it like a key with the trigger on the outside so when you slide it into the lock, the trigger is pushed and BANG!one less innocent!
