How to make flash movies?

I've been wondering, how do you make flash movies? i had some story talents so i wondered if i could make a movie about my story...
some questions:
In the flash movie, everything has to be drawn by you? everything should be made by you?
how do i get some objects in the movie but legally and not stealing these obejcts from other games?[if we are legally allowed to do so, i might as well get it then from the games if it is legal]

well, here's the thing with flash. you can use outside imagery and stuff, but you'll have a difficult time animating them the way you want. it tends to be easier to draw them in flash, but flash animation is no quick and easy thing. to do a half decent flash movie will take a long time.

Ok but is there any flash manual for making movies out of flash?
becausei sitll wanna make some flash movies but before i can, i have to learn first.
