And by the way, DJ, that weird sound that I heard now on my other locked posted amost put me grounded, again.

Since the virus attack, my mother is even more worried about the wealth of the pc!

She his warning me with an even bigger frequency about the virus.

But I am tired of knowing that the best thing to do is using firefox with JavaScript control add-ons, not downloading suspect files and not shutting down the firewall even for less than 5 seconds (although I use a Sygate firewall and the windows firewall at the same time).

Before the attack I had the avg 7.5 ( a little after the 8.0 exited), now I have Antivir PE and Spybot S&D

do you use linux? i think my dad might've found some stuff thats pretty effective in stopping viruses but i'm not sure

Yes, she is computer illiterate. The only thing she can do is using word (badly) and play those games that already came with the pc.
