Yay, autumn is here, and it's my favourite time of year for several reasons

1. My birthday
2. The pretty colours
3. The cooler air
4. The excitement of Christmas coming
5. This forum was made in autumn!

i got the impression that it always rains in england. oh well, nova scotia's pretty much all rain too, we don't seem to get much sun here, but you get used to it

but, i thought it would start at the same time evrywhere, due to positioning of sun and etc. we call it both fall or autumn, but it is usually called fall around here

LOL. I've been born at September 2nd, at a temperature of between 30-35 degrees Celsius. normal summer temperature here: 25 degrees Celsius MAX. Laughing

oh, and btw, past weekend (including friday) we had sunshine and hot weather. oh yeah, and overnight frost.

but normally weather sucks here. winter, spring, summer, autumn, it all sucks like... Evil or Very Mad

that's too bad, weather here ain't so great either. let's see, standard summer temp, 30 degrees C, with an added 10 degress for humidity. Constant rain. General winter temp, oh, about -25 degrees C.

over here, the weather is more average.the coldest it gets is about -5C on avergage, and the warmest is usually in the 20s.

well, at least you get ice and snow then. I have actually never skated on natural ice, and never seen more than 5 cm of snow. so annoying.

and i took both of those forgranted...it is cool, being able to just glide around the training yard..makes it a lot easier to move around.plus, even at my age i have snowball fights.

(PS. I've been in switzerland last summer holiday. in the middle of summer I was at the highest dam of the world throwing down snowballs from 200 m altitude. cheers

ED, i wouldn't be jealous of the weather we have. it is completely unpredictable, they basically call for everything that could happen this season everyday, becasue they don't know better!

It is getting cooler. The leaves are starting to change over here too. They're probably prettier up where you live though. You
