hm, and that's funny, everybody on VX flash prefered to go with dondon's even though he has never completed anything, and has a single sprite for his allegedly better game than mine. those ignorant bastards!

well, he might, i've had a look at the code since dondon and i had our quarrels, and i has possibility for one of us to fix it up. actually, i've had an idea that might work...

no, here's my idea, replace the symbols in bm1 with bm2's symbols. it needs work, i might play with it for 5 minutes, just to see if there's potential

no, i made it work, let's get this straight, dondon never even touched the source code, everything that was done, was done by me. and no, the editor doesn't completely work

nah, i feel happier knowing that he has a site with triple the members, but not even a quarter of our activity. makes me feel like we have a better site (cause we do! )

WHY DOES EVERYONE HATE DONDON?
(i don't know him so I can't hate him)

well, here it is, as briefly as i can put it:

The History:
1 year ago, I declared that I was going to finish BM2. I created a forum which at this point doesn't exist anymore for it. So I started (and this was before Vex had released the BM2 source code) by re-doing BM1 over into BM2, and things were goin along fine for about a month, until along comes Dondon, a perfect example of a 13 year old. Decides that he's going to try and out-do me, and finsih BM2 before I do. So he made it a race, to see who was essentially faster and thererfore better. So we're goin along, and it's really buggy, so we come to this agreement that we will team up, and complete it together. Thus, I became a mod on his forum, and that was where we were going to converse. So my job was to work on fixing up the graphics and the Game Editor. So, by now, we're nearing into late september/early october, and I had finished my part to a certain level. So I uploaded the source and gave it to him ,adn said that it was now his turn to work on fixing the bugs. So he never does, but takes all of the credit for what had been done (that's why he is more popular among the VX Flash crowd). So here I am, at that time an inexperienced flash developer, waiting for something that to this day dondon hasn't done. In the meantime, he started his FTBM 1.5 project, and oh it was so grand and spectacular, except that he had done only one thing, change the frame rate on the project so that everyhthing went faster, a lot faster! Everybody was like, oh dondon, you're so magnificent, keep up the good work etc etc. And, he would post these retarded updates like once a day ex: Update: Well guys, I just changed a ship! Things are coming along terrifically! He would esentialy spam with his updates, yet nobody on VX Flash seemed to notice this as spam. So october rolls around, and at that point, I've decidede that I will begin my own game, instead of waiting for dondon, thus BM3 was born. So this forum was created, and the few members from my first forum came on here (I don't think they're even active, haven't been in 6 months) anyways, i received a lot of flak for it, as everybody on VX Flash seemed to attribute the incompletion of BM2 to me. So, I go along developing BM3, and dondon comes back on, trying to do these retarded spam posts about this insignificant updates for his Bm1.5 or whatever it was. So, we shunned him essentially, and don't really want to see him return, as he has made many promises about things, but has never even come close to completing things. So here we are, august 2008, VX Flash thinks I will never work on BM3, thinks it's a stupid idea, and would rather assist dondon. That's why we all hate him here, and he hates us, especially me. It has become forbiddon on his forum to post the url's to other forums, as he doesn't want anybody advertising for this forum and he wants absolutely no mention of BM3 on his site.

Ok. Now I see why dondon is hated.
I so want to create an account there and just go on and on about BM3 and how it is coming nicely, ALL IN ONE POST!
