Voice Acting Announcement

Hello everyone, we're still on the hunt for vocal talent to be involved in this final Red Squad episode. We're still a ways away from actually recording the dialogue and all that, but we need to get people lined up now so that everything is prepared. Our main roles are for the most part filled, yet there's still a fair bit left to be cast.

Unless otherwise specified, we will be attempting to use facial motion capture software to record and translate your facial expressions onto your CG counterparts. Though this isn't 100% necessary, especially for the smaller roles, it is prefered that if you do wish to become involved, that you have some form of video camera. Now most people's digital still cameras come with some form of video capability which should be fine. It is best if we don't go lower than SD resolution of 640x480 as the mocap software may not be able to distinguish the markers on your face so well.

If you do not have any way of recording video, but you still wish to audition for a role, please do so.

Description: Leader of the Red Squad cadets and current acting Captain of the USS Enterprise.

Actor: Alan Anderton
Description: Captain of the USS Pegasus, Henderson was trapped by Deitrix in Episode 3 and rescued by Red Squad. He is a dedicated Starfleet officer and strong leader.

Name: Deitrix
Actor: Chris Cameron
Description: A fairly young Romulan, Deitrix is the primary antagonist who has developed wormhole technology with which he intends to launch an invasion on all sentient life in the quadrant.

Actor: Clint Bracey
Description: Mark is an eager and witty Red Squad cadet.

If you are interested in sending us an audition, record an audio clip (preferably an MP3) and send it to chrisacameron@ymail.com

In the audition, please include your name, age and what role you are interested in trying out for. Remember you may audition for one role and end up with another, or possibly even multiple roles. Depending on the role you try out for, will depend on what lines we'll send you to record. Once we've received the first audio clip mentioned above, we will then send you some of the lines pertaining to the character you have expressed interest in and have you record them so that we may make a more informed decision as to what part you should play.

It is also important to outline that this has no monetary gain. If you wish to be involved, it will simply be on a volunteer basis as we do not have the funds to pay you unfortunately.
