I am sick to death of videos and sites that are unavalible to me as i don't have a US or north american IP address.

What happened to freedom of infomation and the sharing of data all over the world.

Basically i ask of you is there some way other than a proxy site (I've tried they don't seem to work) to make my IP say i'm from the US so i can view things such as south park studios.

@DW technically i'm not pirating i'm just trying to view TV shows before they are released here i do pay for the channels they are shown on.

Trust me, I know exactly how you feel nd share the same frustrations as believe it or not, things are basically exclusive to the USA. Though I'm also frustrated because I can't watch videos (ie Doctor Who) on the BBC site

There is a diffrence the BBC is payed for by the british taxpayer and if your that bothered just ask one of us brits to download it then send you it i think Iplayer still allows you to download for offline viewing.

I thought it was more north america rather than USA only. So much for them being the country of the free

No no, it's USA, to my knowledge, there aren't any canadian services that are exclusive to us only (I could be wrong, web's big) but most things from the States cannot be watched here in Canada

You can always search for a proxy located INSIDE the US... It might work...

Streming through proxies is usually never a good idea, bandwidth is just too limiting in most cases

Guys. Learn to use blinkx TV.

http://tv.blinkx.com/

They have all the shows you want for free. And it's not even illegal. Yet.

Yeaaah, thanks. You can put it in that giant internets pile over there. No. Not that one. The 20th one on the right. yeah. That one.

And you're welcome DW. Anything to make others as cheap and lazy as I am. And give the assholes who think restricting their stuff to the US is a fun business idea a serious bumrash for that matter.
