Kriget Kommer Hem

World in Conflict is a strategy game made by Swedish developer Massive Entertainment. But despite their Swedishness, they made a game almost completely centered around the US. Sure, they gave us a couple of missions in Europe, something i doubt a US developer would have done, but in the end, it was almost completely focused on the tiny invasion of Seattle, instead of the massive war going on in Europe. This mod aims to change that. The main campaign probably won't be voiced that much, if at all, because i just don't know any good voice actors and bad voice acting could drag down the quality of the mod further than no voice acting at all.

The campaign will be focused around Europe, mostly the Stockholm region of Sweden, which was, according to the world map, under siege by russians following the invasion of finland.

This mod will be a very long term project, mostly so i can learn programming and 3D animation to improve my performance in school in the coming years. If we're lucky, this will take 3-5 years. Currently, it's mostly in the concept phase. Updates will be posted here. Opinions?

By the way, about the name, Kriget Kommer Hem is Swedish for ''War is coming home'', WIC's slogan (watch the trailers, it's at the end of every trailer)

WiC is an awesome game, i would help, but i don't see how i could.

Would the UK be involved at all considering most of our oil and gas come from there.

Yeah, i'm going to try to get them in, probably by sea power. Like, a small UK carrier/marine task force arrives in the island chain outside of Stockholm mid to late game.

Britian would never allow eroupe to be attacked we need them, plus without eroupes military we could never hold of an attack by russia. that is a good way to involve them, most probally be the marine commando's that come in.

Just a random note, that there would be 20,000 troops stations in Germany, encase Russia ever attacked via Germany, those troops are still there now.
