This looks like a way to get AVG Antivirus to run on Ubuntu.

ha ha ha sily man linux can't get virus like macs antivirus is a scam for linux any how go in to synaptic package manger and serch all free and open source

If you wanna use that pc to check for virus on flashdrives, before putting them in others, then search for ClamAV in the Synaptics...
