Is anyone here interested in video games? And even better, do we have any hardcore gamers?

I'm hardcore most of my life i play on games

id refer to myself as a gamer but not hardcore its just something i do to fill my free time

If you're talking about RTS and RTT then we have at least one hardcore gamer here... Well... Used to be... I'm "still" addicted in SC2

I play Age of Empires 3. Does that count?

I still haven't made onto the league... I'm more interested in passing the campaing in Brutal, but I guess I'll have to reduce to Hard...

Having gaming as a major hobby... That's about it i think. Like, having a big game collection, being up to date with gaming news and so on.

By the way, isn't the multiplayer region locked? So you can only play with people from your part of the world. Hell, i even heard the poor bastards in australia are stuck playing with south east asia, despite most asians not understanding english. If it's true, i'd like to say this to activision. Erhm...

I dont have a huge game selection, but i do play quite a bit.

and all i know is that the Korea region is locked. Starcraft is like a national sport there. You can seriously compare it to american football.

I havent played many games due to my being busy on the computer and real life and all that, but I plan on becoming an active gamer again pretty soon. I've actually been meaning to re-do my review of Colony Wars for the Playstation.

I am a major gamer, but i cant afford the games, so i am stuck with older 5-10 year old games, and i only have this:

Nintendo
Super Nintendo
Nintendo 64
Playstation
Playstation 2
Xbox (not a 360)
Computer (I use my sisters, but i can only have 1 on it at a time, so i am limited)


And they really dont have games for those anymore, and the only place that does (wich only costs normally $2 for a game) we never go there.....

Edit*: Though the original starcraft and exspansion works on my computer, and those of you that appritiate older games would appritiate it, people still play internat games on it, which is cool because no one plays other old games anymore.

i am definitely a hardcore racer, as well as rts like Age of mythology and starcraft

I love video games, I have a huge ass collection..... I don't keep up with the news though, I play PS3 ( Microsoft is s*** )... Microsoft limits the amount of DLC and content a developer can put in their games, only if they put it on their systems, and they demand like 30% of profits... I'll never put my game in development on Microsoft, only Macs, Sony, Probably Nintendo, maybe Linux... I have to find out what Linux is first lol.

I play MW2, but I'm slowly getting off of it... When you snipe, they start calling you a noob and flame, or when you kill someone at all, you get freaking flamed. I mean, in real life people ' camp ' in war... I mostly only play in games with experienced players, and if they're experienced, I try to party with them... Experienced players don't truly camp, I mean, you shoot someone, then move somewhere else so you don;t get caught.

@Nuchicha, message daftdemon, tell him that conor knows you and he will play mw2 with you if its on the 360, (he likes quickscoping)

Don't play 360 MW2, play PS3...

I hate Microsoft, trying to tax the internet, limit the content on games that you put on their systems, demand up to 30% of profits, limit free DLC and Updates...
