ok now that ive got cs4 and it works anyone know how i make an actionscript 2 file like on cs3

When you open flash CS4 Pro, without choosing any project, chose "Flash File (Actionscript 2.0)" in the "Create New" Column...

So, I think you can't do fla or swf files on photoshop... you're gonna need to have Adobe Flash CS4 Professional
