BM 1.5 Idea

I had the idea to make a fan based BM 1.5 from BM1 leading up to the event of Bm2, also i am requesting DW premission to make this because i dont want to copywrite.
If it is approved i would like ideas, and imput, i will put my version of thye story in my next post.

well youve got a small window to work in i think its about a year between bm 1-2 im not sure but its not a great amount of time you could have tthe ending of the kling war and the starting of the dom one but i dont know

There is no copyright for BM, BM3 or BM2. None at all. And it's the same for exactly all the flash games out there.

but st does have copright on ship designs and thigs

ST copyright means BM is illegal.

And so, it is better to keep it a "fan work"...

And I think that Vex must have seen "In a Mirror, Darkly" when he got the idea of the Earth Empire and the revolt...

well that is what the whole thing is about id like a bm that was about the civil war against the vulcans and andorians

boys there is no copyright on the ships design and as long as the word "star trek " is missing form the title and from the game there is no copyright theft , that's why the name is flash trek Broken mirror

well i just asumed that flash trek was a catchy title as it is a flash based caame about star trek

actually no that is the real reason , and the same thing is used for stickgame .

well, i just want to give a more insight into the story, like it goes from BM1 where the klingon war to BM2 were everything is difforent, the dominion did the Earth Empires job better and concoured the galixy.

well, what i mean is it goes from Earth Control to Doninion, it would confuse some people, i just wat to make a story to help understand and make the timeline more clear, and to also help with future BM if any that would be based on the uprasing of the dominion and the fall of earth, like a gmae of BM 1.5, it should be like romulen wars only called dominoin wars

it's like BM2.5, it acts as a bridge between BM2 and BM3. That reminds me, I should write more of it as my hopes is to have BM3 under some beta testing in the next couple of weeks

ok ok but i still dont really get it

well all i am doing is making a story that vridges the gap between BM1 and 2 because in the first one it has human control but on the second one it has dominion control and doesent even have any insight how that happens, so i want to make it more clear. We should also make a Flash game BM 1.5 using the Romulen wars engine.
