pretty simple. first you need to have it ON YOUR MACHINE (important!) then you change the extension from .fbm to .txt.

done.

oh yeah, you might wanna open it with wordpad/notepad/notepad++ to edit it. details...

Oh, and when you're done, you change it back to a .fbm
