EA and activision are in a custody battle over the rights for a new game with musician jack black as the main hero, EA had taken the game after activision dropped it but activision threatened to sue saying they werent ''quite finished with it''. I fear that if he is going to be turned into a game character, either by EA or AV, they'll screw up in ways unimaginable. you can't just turn jack black into a game
