Bugs/Glitches
I know there are quite a few things that can use a touch-up, but it IS just an Alpha version right now >>; Post here any major bugs you notice, especially ones with the sprites or sound effects and I'll get right to working on it.

On the homeworld (currently) of the Twelve Colonies: Ferenginar. I used Raffitz's sprite for the BGS

Re: Bugs/Glitches
ok, i don't see the battlestars as one of the ships at ferenginar, all there is is:
a couple of sg1 ships, a gemini freighter, an m-wing and a mineral survey vessel

Re: Bugs/Glitches
Woops, oh I forgot to do that XD Actually, all the ships are available at the first 6 (or 10, I dunno) planets. Hang on a sec, let me look up the values on the Broken Mirror Guide on Vex's forums. That's where I used the planet values. The stations are at their right places though
And good idea, thanks

Re: Bugs/Glitches
I noticed it does that a lot to me too... It might be Flash player itself. Can someone try embedding it and trying it on a webpage? It might work better that way, I dunno...

Re: Bugs/Glitches
Actually (sorry for double posting, but since this thread is very active, there's a good chance someone else is going to post before I hit Submit anyways...) I think the way you can save yourself from that problem is to stay away from extremely big battles. Get yourself a fast computer with a lot of good active memory (RAM). That would probably fix it, though I haven't had a chance to test it out yet XD

Re: Bugs/Glitches
Here I go reporting glitches I found in my own game XD Ah well, I shall start fixing them and upload an update tomorrow, no problem. Anyways, here's what I found:
The Independent Battleship sprite isn't showing up like it's supposed to (not quite sure why though, cause the sprite on the fla file seems fine). I'll try switching the sprite or moving it around a bit.
The Mark II (or III?) starfighter of the Battlestar Galactica series uses a miniature Kinetic Energy Weapon, but the sound effect is not like a machine gun or rail gun like it is supposed to be >>;
The staff weapon used on the Ha'tak Goa'uld motherships still use a quantum torpedo sound effect (which I thought I changed... darn it)
Other than that, bugs that I noticed before I uploaded today's version (I fixed them though) were a less:
That problem with too many ships on the screen at once doing tons of things and using lots of weapons,
and a problem with the transport sound effect (it sounded like a Star Wars blaster going off), which I fixed.

Re: Bugs/Glitches
If there's a battle going on, and I buy a heavy mothership, than the scrip becomes unresponsive. Also, as soon as I build a station, all the ships in the system attack the build sight.
